The restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, making every dining experience enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to various stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Unfortunately, there were significant issues with room cleanliness. I even found ants during my stay, detracting from the overall experience.

the food at the hotel restaurant was really good, and having places like Greenville Mall and Elm Street Park within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable, allowing for easy strolls to explore the area.

i loved my stay at holiday inn! the location was perfect for our college visit, just a short drive to ecu. our queen room was exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfy. breakfast was included and really good both mornings. a shoutout to the staff, especially langston and michael—they were so friendly and helpful!

I had a great stay! The buffet breakfast was delicious, definitely worth the money. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room, especially the cozy couch. Just a heads-up, the bathroom had some wear and tear that was noticeable compared to photos. I would come back again!

I had a fantastic stay while visiting the area! The room was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated the comfortable bedding that allowed for a restful night. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, especially at breakfast where the service was top-notch. One area for improvement might be the elevator access, as it could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the buffet! Every morning felt like a treat with my family, and my cousin enjoyed the variety too. The kids loved the pancake station and fresh fruits, which made our mornings delightful.

My kids wished there were more family activities to keep them entertained, especially since it was so noisy at night.

The staff were friendly, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. My room was clean, and the beds were comfy. However, I did encounter some issues. The elevator access could have been better, especially for seniors. Additionally, I heard quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms at night. That made it tricky to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were limited, so I wasn't too thrilled about that either, especially considering how great other hotels can be in that area. Overall, it felt like a solid stay but with room for improvement.
